We asked Kev a few questions about what make pirkx so special.

What do you think of pirkx?

I think very highly of pirkx, it is an easy to use, useful and unique platform, there isn’t anything else quite like it on the market. I have looked at lots of other options but nobody else fitted an organisation like mine. pirkx is so easy to use and my staff members tell me often about what new way they have discovered to save money or improve their skills.

What’s the #1 thing you’re able to do that you weren’t before?

It is seeing how much my team benefit from the services available. Each person uses it differently in a way that is relevant to them, their lifestyle and potentially any challenges they are facing. Whether it’s the fuel discount, the shopping discounts, starting a course or using the support services provided through pirkx, they all have their individual favourites. Recently one of our employees was having a very difficult time and used the counsellor. She made a point of letting me know that by putting this support in place made a significant difference to her. The fact that she knows that we care about her has resulted in her feeling more valued as an important part of the team.

What’s your top tip for getting the most out of pirkx?

I would say my top tip would be to get pirkx for your team! With everyone using it differently it has something for everyone. I think my staff feel appreciated and this is turn has created a loyalty to us as a company.
